Practical training is an important part of the degree of every student at TKK and each student can or has to complete two periods of training before graduation. The study guides of the degree programmes contain more details on the work experience required for each individual degree programme.

Students are personally responsible for obtaining their trainee posts, but assistance is given at the Career Services by the Practical Training Team (Innopoli 2, 3rd floor) as well as by Practical Training Advisers in each department.

Each adviser has a notice board in the department where vacant domestic and international offers are announced and where students can find instructions concerning the trainee positions. The most extensive and updated information on available offers and existing programmes can be viewed on the Internet.

TKK awards scholarships for degree students working abroad according to certain principles and requirements.
